How to use the MessageBay Voice Message

The MessageBay Voice Message is really convenient because it is light enough to attach to your email. I once received an E-mail with a sound file, but it was so heavy that it took a long time to download the mail, and it took a lot of space in my email box.
01) First of all, you may check if you can use a microphone with your computer. From "the Start", go to "Program" "Accessaries" "Entertainment" "Volume Control." Make sure if there is a microphone. You may need to click off "mute". If you can't find "a microphone", go to "Option", "Property."
02) I think you have received the mail like the following.

This message has been sent to you by itoshima100@hotmail.com.
You can listen to it by clicking the link below.

Make sure you have a recent

Send a new voice e-mail
( 1 ) Click the green arrow. You may hear some recorded messages.
( 2 ) Click the red circle and speak into your microphone. You can check your volume level while speaking.
( 3 ) When you finish your message, click the black square.
If you want to hear what you've recorded, click No.1 arrow.
Finally, click "Send Voice E-mail."

Click the Play arrow to check speakers before recording..

04) Please keep the mail. Every time you want to make a new voice message, go back to the mail. It's much simpler to use. Click the address, and you will get the following page.
