Make sure to have your old favorites like Cheddar and Montery Jack, but try something you've never tried before. Havarti is very good, Or you might like to try one of the "Smelly" cheeses. They aren't my favorite, but you may like them

Wine preferences are as individual as the person who drinks them. My personal preference is Beringer Brother's White Zinfindel. But I also like a Cold Duck, a good sherry and a well aged Burgendy. I love going into the Napa Valley when I visit California so I can try a new one or two.
