Baked Salmon
Saucy Angel Hair Pasta
Assorted Raw Vegetables

4 ounces Angel Hair Pasta
1 cup sour cream
garlic salt
onion salt
small amount of milk
Cook Angel Hair Pasta according to package directions until done, but firm. Drain Thoroughly and return to pan. In a small bowl mix sour cream and salts to taste, adding milk a little at a time to make a smooth thick sauce. Pour over pasta and mix to blend. Heat through stirring constantly, but be carefull it does not boil.

Salmon Fillet or Steaks (I prefer the Fillet)
Seasoned Salt
Lemon Juice
Worchestershire Sauce (white)
Sprinkle Salmon with Seasoned Salt, Lemon Juice and Worchestireshire Sauce. You can also use thinks like basil, rosemary or other mild herbs. Let marinate for about an hour, then bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. When it is flaky it is done, don't overcook. This comes out different every time, since I don't measure the ingredients, but it is always wonderful!
