I am so sorry to do this to you. But I do not want any misunderstanding later. So here is the rules to be a member and or a member of the ring.

1. You Must Have your Member Plaque On your Webpages somewhere! I hope that all members are willing to hang their membership plaque on there page. ( Lets show we are proud to be a member of OCN, Also if you don't have your member plaque up on your pages then you will NOT be concidered for the Top Of The Roost Award here with OCN!
2. Everyone will be considered a member.
3. The only thing I would like you to do is submit your birthday and Anniversary so we can help celebrate that happy day!
4. You do not have to join anything but the group or ring. (I realize we all have real lives away from the computer screen, so please don't feel you have to do anything.)
5. Only Family Friendly sites. No exception to the rule. And you must be 18 years of age or older to be in Egroups.
6. I have a love for country sites, but your page does not have to be all country or any country at all. But there must be some type of content to your page. I guess what we are trying to say. We do not want a one page site that has nothing to offer.
7. We allow Personal Pages and or Country Graphic Business sites

8. You must be in the Announcement, News letter group. This is so we can let you know what is going on at the nest.
9. Under NO circumstances, there will be any witchcraft sites, or Satan type sites. No Profanity, or Porno Sites Allowed. Sorry all I believe that is Freedom of speech, But under NO circumstances do I believe in that.

10. You must be in the News Letter egroups to be a member. THis is a way for me to make announcment to you.

Last but not least I do want you to have fun. So please if you can live with the few simple rules we would love for you to JOIN.
